CheerCove Return & Replacement Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your CheerCove purchase. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for any reason.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you have any issues, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, is defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Please note that damage caused by improper use or handling after delivery—such as a patch detaching because it was not applied correctly according to our instructions—is not covered under this policy.

Your order number

• A clear photo of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

A photo of the packaging it arrived in

We will assess the issue and provide instructions for a replacement or refund.

General Returns (Change of Mind)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for a General Return:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it

Unused with backing release paper fully intact (not peeled or removed)

Never ironed, sewn, or applied to any surface

Original packaging (e.g., sealed bag) undamaged and unopened

You must have the order number or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Contact Us First: To start a return, please email us at support@cheercove.com. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and detailed instructions.

Ship the Item: Once you receive the return label, please ship the item back to us.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note the following:

A flat $15.00 USD return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days since our approval, please contact us at support@cheercove.com.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Blind box / Mystery pack items (due to their random nature)

Patches with removed backing paper or any signs of use

Items damaged through customer mishandling or improper use

Any item not in its original condition for reasons not due to our error

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange for the same product, please follow the process outlined under "Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items."

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

Cancellations: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel, please log in to your account and submit a cancellation request, or contact us at support@cheercove.com.

Returns within 14 days: You may return any item within 14 days of delivery, even if the packaging has been opened, provided the item is unused and in its original condition (backing paper intact, never ironed, sewn, or applied to any surface).

Returns between 15–30 days: Only unopened, unused items in original packaging are eligible. A restocking fee of €15 EUR will be deducted from your refund.

Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

Exceptions: Customized or personalized items are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
